APPT is a biennial conference on parallel and distributed processing. Following the success of its past twelve-conference series, APPT-19 will continue to provide an excellent forum for scientists and engineers in academia and industry to exchange and discuss experiences, new ideas, and research results related to parallel and distributed processing, which include but not limited to parallel architectures, hardware and software systems, distributed and cloud computing, parallel algorithms and applications, in particular, the latest development in AI, machine learning, and system security on parallel and distributed systems.
