Call for Nominations: IEEE TMM 2025 Multimedia Prize Paper Award

2025 Multimedia Prize Paper Award Nomination Period Is Now Open!

Eligibility

 Any paper published (final publication, not Early Access) in the lEEE Transactionson Multimedia (T-MM) in 2022,2023.or 2024.

Nominations should include:

• Nominator.

• Bibliographic information for the paper.

• A short statement of support (less than 500 words) explaining the rationale for the nomination.

Judging shall be based on originality, subject matter, timeliness, potential impact, and presentationquality.

For the T-MM Prize Paper nomination, the following criteria applies to ensure the fairness and integrityof the nomination/selection process:

• The nominator has not co-authored paper(s) with the nominated paper's authors in the past 10 years.

• The nominator is not a former supervisor or student of a nominated paper's author.

• A nominator's paper has not been nominated for an award by an author of the nominated paper (i.e., no cross-nomination).

• No self-nominations.

Nomination Submission

Nominations for the 2025 Multimedia Prize Paper Award must be submitted through the online nomination system no later than 31 March 2025.

T-MM Prize Paper Award will be presented at ICME 2025, Nantes, France, in the name of the four sponsoring societies: /EEE-SPSIEEE-ComSoc, IEEE-CS,and IEEE-CASS.
